Founder and CEO of Digi-Clicks, attended Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia where she obtained a Bachelors's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing in 2010. She went on to obtain a Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing at NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Upon completion, she began her career at Consorte Marketing in NYC as Associate Marketing Manager, primarily dedicating her time to affiliation campaigns and web analytics. She later moved on to work for Mattel Inc. There she worked as a Digital Associate focused on content creation and optimization of media channels including content marketing strategy, SEO Optimization, and promotional content. In 2013, Lina began working for Comcast as a Research Analyst responsible for performing market research and analyzing transactional history and purchase patterns in order to provide recommendations to promote strategic efforts and impact sales effectiveness. Lina is the mother of Baby Ben and Olivia, a running fanatic, and a professional FOODIE!

I am a business-oriented entrepreneur and investor. I hold an MBA from UOC. Business Angel Minority Association Founder and CEO. I have served as an advisor, mentor, and facilitator for various programs such as Impact Hub or WeWork. As a well-known leader in the Houston startup ecosystem, I have been recognized by Solo Mujeres Magazine (“Mujer Latina 2020: Soporte a la inversion” award), by the Houston Business Journal (“Women who Inspire 2020” award), and by the Houston Exponential Listees (“DEI Houston Champion 2020”). Previously, I worked as an IT International Program manager for several of the Fortune 500 companies, focusing on finance process improvements around the world. As a self-starter, I combine my extensive international career, my personal journey, and my passion for innovation to support early-stage startups, investing in diversity and building bridges to create a more inclusive ecosystem.
As a writer and translator, I have always worked explaining and translating technical content, making it easier to understand.
As an entrepreneur, I am passionate about developing and integrating efficient business processes.
During the last 10 years, I have been working in Brazil, for the IT sector, I had the chance to develop the company’s technical content strategy for its products, introduced a new methodology for knowledge management, and coordinated the team of technical writers and translators at Senior Sistemas, responsible for maintaining online help, business process manuals, implementation methodology documentation and communication for social media, as well as Bots, user manuals, and training materials for several products. One of my most recent projects integrates IBM Watson’s chatbot, SARA – Senior Automated Responsive Agent – with MadCap Flare.
In 2018, I and my team received the Human Being prize, awarded by the Brazilian Association of Human Resources, in recognition to the relevant contribution this knowledge management framework brought for the people and the organization’s development.
